The Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) announces the distribution schedule of ED Course 2, Course 3_CLC, and Course 3 Plus online learning accounts for cohorts D24 and D25 – 1st phase of the 1st Semester, Academic Year 2026 – 2027, as follows:
Time of announcement for ED Course 2, Course 3_CLC, and Course 3 Plus accounts: Students will receive their online learning accounts via the PTIT S-Link App starting from 10:00 AM on August 18, 2026.
Distribution schedule for Course 2 English textbooks: Each Course 1 and Course 3 subject class group shall assign 01 class representative to collect the books (distributed by English subject class groups).
Time: From August 25 to August 28, 2026
(Morning: 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM, Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM)

Instructions for receiving the ED online learning account on the PTIT S-Link App:
Students should use their smartphones to download the PTIT S-Link App and follow these steps to receive their ED online learning account information:
Step 1: Access Google Play (CH Play) or the Apple App Store and search for the application: PTIT S-Link.
Step 2: Select Install.
Step 3: Once downloaded, open the app and log in with your SLINK ID.
If logging in for the first time with the SLINK ID, the username is your Student ID number, and the default password is your date of birth in the DDMMYYYY format, or your ID card/Citizen Identity Card number.

Step 4: After logging into PTIT S-Link, navigate to the Notifications section to receive your online English learning account information.
Note: Students who have already installed and used the PTIT S-Link App can proceed directly to Step 4 (skip Steps 1, 2, and 3).

Students are requested not to change their Username. (Only change First Name and Last Name).

Account activation deadline: 01 week from the date of receiving the account.
Usage duration: 06 months or 12 months for corresponding accounts from the date of activation.
Instructions for using the TOEIC OLPC online learning account:
Login link for students: https://edtoeic.engdis.com
Students are requested not to change their Username. (Only change the Password if necessary).
When changing the password, use only lowercase letters and numbers, written consecutively without spaces, and do not use special characters such as !@#$%^&*.
Students are required to enter their personal email in the My Profile section immediately upon account activation, so the system can support resetting the Username/Password in case of forgotten credentials.
Do not click “Can’t access your account” (to self-reset the password) more than 3 consecutive times, as the system will lock the account. If necessary, please contact the IIG Vietnam support team to reset your password.
Recommendation for students: Use a desktop computer or laptop and a web browser such as Google Chrome, Firefox, or Coc Coc.
