Based on the study plan for the 1st Semester of the Academic Year 2026-2027 for full-time undergraduate classes.

The Institute announces the registration to purchase learning materials for English Course 2, Course 3_CLC (Cohort 2025), and Course 3 Plus (Cohort 2024) in the 1st Semester of the Academic Year 2026-2027 (Phase 2) as follows:

1. Target audience: Full-time undergraduate students of cohorts 2024 and 2025 who have registered for English Course 2, Course 3_CLC, and Course 3 Plus in the 1st Semester, Academic Year 2026 – 2027 within their training program.

2. Study plan and Timetable: Details are attached (students can check their personal Timetable on the Edusoft Training Management System or their PTIT S-Link account).

3. Learning materials: Students are required to equip themselves with the following learning materials:

ED (English Discoveries) Account: Students register for an ED (English Discoveries) account provided by IIG Vietnam to study English online according to the program (students can choose either a 6-month or 12-month account package).

Course 2 textbook for the English Course 2 subject. The English Course 3_CLC subject does not use a textbook.

For English Course 3 Plus: Students register for a TOEIC OLPC account – an online TOEIC review and test preparation program (OLPC 2 Modules – Module 2 & Module 3).

Note: If a student’s current ED account is still valid, they can continue using it for the next English module; however, if the remaining time is insufficient to complete the entire new module, they must register for an extension when the old account expires.

4. Cost of learning materials:

ED account: 90,000 VND / 6 months or 1,120,000 VND / 12 months.

TOEIC OLPC account: 1,140,000 VND.

Course 2 textbook: 81,000 VND.

5. Time and method for registering to purchase the ED account:

Registration and payment period: From August 19, 2026, to August 25, 2026.

Payment method: The Institute will collect the fees for the ED account and textbooks from students via the identified payment code system (Students use their personal PTIT S-Link account to declare information and pay via the identified code at: https://slink.ptit.edu.vn/ and select “Đăng ký sách ED” / “Register for ED books”).

The Institute informs the students and requests that students in all classes comply with this announcement.
